CHC to hold health fair celebration this Saturday
NMA Comprehensive Health Center (CHC) is holding its 7th annual Health Fair Celebration with a day of free medical screening, healthcare education, and entertainment for the whole family.

Attendees may obtain free screenings for Diabetes, Asthma, Hypertension, Obesity, Oral Health, and HIV. LEaring about these topics and receiving testing is not only important for the health of San Diego residents, but also for the health of our community.

Our Fees:
Services may be at no or low cost to persons who meet
qualifications based on family size and income.

Your First Visit:
In order to determine whether or not you qualify for any
programs that can pay for all or part of the cost of your
health care, we ask that you please bring the following
items with you:
• Valid Photo Identification
• Employer’s Name, Address, Phone
• Proof of Residency (utility or phone
bill, rent or house payment)
• Insurance Policy Number
• Medi-Cal or Medicare Information
